returns

returns are availilble for 16 days after purchase. buyer pays shipping back and will receive funds once I have recived the item in its original condition. please send me an email through the contact form above if you need more clarity on sizing or measurements!
Custom items cannot be returned.

wash instructions

garments: 

with vinyl and screenprint details:
-wait to wash as long as possible, inside out and on cold is best. as with any other garment, limiting the amount of washing in general will ensure long lasting garments :)
-do not leave soaking wet & dry on low.
-more "natural" detergents are best.
-if vinyl happens to peel use an iorn to press down again.
-do not iorn directly on vinyl, it will melt! use a piece of parchment paper on top of garment with low heat to iorn safely.

pillows:

spot clean only with natural detergents

custom plushies:

spot clean only. most plushies will have some kind of custom painting on them, so excessive washing can result in loss of coloring, as well as embroidered details need to be handled with care.


shipping

processing time for all orders besides custom is about 1-3 days.
clothing is sent using priority mail which is about 1-3 days from processing time.
any large piece is sent using ground mail (usually) which is around 7-9 days from processing time.
stickers, zines and envelope sized items are sent using ground mail. they should be delivered within 3 weeks at the most. 

repairs


repairs are free for life for customs, garments and plush items.
buyer pays shipping, repair will be completed within a week.

wholesale

Wholesale prints and stickers are available by request. Orders need to be placed a month before due receiving date to be made and shipped out. . Thanks!

I am a painter/graphic designer/soft sculpture creator/as well as many other things and would love to hear your ideas for a project!
Please refer to my portfolio in my “links” section above for more reference to my work!
I prefer to have creative freedom with my custom orders. This is not an absolute and I am flexible with this! but i will prioritize projects that give me that freedom to add my own flair :) regardless of the custom you want, it will always be in my own style slightly since i created it! I am happy to recommend other artists if i feel the project is out of my realm.

Keep in mind that most pillows and large plushies/large paintings are expensive to ship (15$-60$) and will be added on to the cost.
